We started subscription flower delivery service. Deliver flower bouquet to your home every week. Delivery fee is included.

How to Order :

• Please chose your plan and contact from contact form below.
• Please chose payment method and we’ll inform first delivery date.

Delivery Area :

• Sukhumvit, Sathorn / Silom Area

Payment Method :

• Pay by cash when first delivery of month (pay for 1 month)
• Bank Transfer before first delivery of month (pay for 1 month) *Bank Transfer Details is HERE

Contract & Terminate :

• WEEKLY FLOWER is subscription service and When you want terminate, please inform to you by LINE (LINE ID : @suzuca) or email, telephone in 3 days advance.
• Please be advised that this item is NOT refundable.

Skip Delivery :

• When you want skip delivery, please inform to you by LINE (LINE ID : @suzuca) or email, telephone in 3days advance and we’ll deduct service fee from next month.

お花の定期便を毎週お送り致します。週に一度、決まった曜日にお花をご指定の場所へお届けいたします。配送費は料金に含まれております。

お支払い方法 :

• 月初の配送時に現金でお支払い (プラン１ヶ月分のお支払い)
• 月初の配送前に銀行振り込み (プラン１ヶ月分のお支払い) ※振込先情報はこちら

契約及び解約方法 :

• プランの選択をして頂き、下記フォームよりご連絡を頂きます。
• お支払い方法をお選びいただきましたら、初回の配送日をお知らせさせて頂きます。
• ウィークリーフラワーは定期便のため、サービスの解約をご希望の際はお客様よりご連絡を頂くようにお願いいたします。解約方法につきましては、次回お届け予定日の３日前までに、ライン(LINE ID : @suzuca)またはメール、電話にてご連絡ください。
• お支払いいただきました料金に関しましては、いかなる理由があっても返金は致しかねます。

お届けのスキップ :

• 旅行や用事でお花が受け取れないご予定のある場合は、スキップが可能です。
• お届け予定日の３日前までにライン(LINE ID : @suzuca)またはメール、電話にてご連絡ください。スキップした分は、翌月の配送分の料金から差し引かせて頂きます。
